Factory Seconds & Discontinued Furniture

Quality factory seconds and discontinued furniture has been a major part of our business since we started in 2002. We are located in the same complex as Amesbury Chair so we are the sole distributor of all their factory second furniture. We dedicate close to 40% of our showroom to displaying our factory seconds inventory, with more in stock. We carry a wide variety of factory seconds ranging from individual chairs to small dinette sets and dining room sets to hutches and servers to bedroom furniture and much more. All of our factory second furniture is excellent quality at a huge savings on an everyday basis.

What is a Factory Second?

Answer:

Factory Seconds are furniture that is either returned to Amesbury Chair from one of their dealers or furniture that comes off the assembly line with a small imperfection or blemish. Factory Seconds are structurally sound pieces of furniture with minor cosmetic imperfections i.e. small scratches, dents, fill spots, knots or other surface blemishes. We also get seconds that are returned by dealers for damaged packaging, which once returned to the factory, cannot be shipped back out as first quality furniture even if the product inside is untouched.

Along with our wide variety of Amesbury Chair factory seconds, we also have a discontinued area for our upholstered line of furniture. This area is a little different, due to the fact that the furniture is not considered factory seconds. Furniture tends to be in this area for the simple fact that the fabric and/or model has been discontinued by the manufacturer. In this area products range from sofa’s and loveseats to recliners and club chairs and many more upholstered furniture products.
