Returns:

Returns are a last possible scenario. We spend a lot of time before the purchase with each customer, to make sure the items you are interested in are perfect for you. Things like taking fabrics and measurements home, making sure the fit of a chair, recliner etc. is appropriate and supportive for you are all part of the process of finding the best possible furniture for your home.
Most items are custom-ordered so once an order is placed it cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
As a last resort, return/refund will be decided on looking at the circumstances, but a restocking fee will need to be administered in these situations. If a return/refund is determined to be the only solution then your refund will be processed in a timely manner and coincide with the original payment method.

Repairs/Replacements:

If a product purchased from us is deemed damaged or defective after appropriate inspection, a replacement part or full replacement will be entered with our manufacturer as long as the item is still in warranty. If the furniture is out of the warranty period, parts can still be purchased (at the expense of the customer) as long as it is still an active fabric or item. Once we receive the new part or replacement, we contact the customer and set up a convenient time to do the repair or replacement.

Note:

Most items are custom-ordered to your specifics so any repair part or replacement will need appropriate time to be manufactured and shipped to us for best possible outcome. Manufacturing and shipping times vary due to numerous factors.
