Is your furniture made in the United States?
Our John Thomas Furniture line which consists of kitchen, dining room, bedroom and more is located in High Point, NC. They have a custom stained division called SELECT which features all their products custom-stained right in NC. You can choose from 48 different colors between paints and stains to customize the perfect color scheme to compliment your home. John Thomas also offers some prefinished in stock collections in specific colors for quick turnaround delivery times.
Our BEST home furnishings upholstery line is manufactured in Ferdinand, IN, consisting of all domestic woods and a combination of domestic and imported fabrics and leathers. All BEST products are produced and assembled in their multiple plants across Indiana.
Our Night & Day Furniture bedroom line consists of mostly platform bedroom furniture manufactured by reputable factories in Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand and distributed throughout the US. They offer many style platform beds in numerous colors with matching case goods.
Our Therapedic Mattress line is manufactured right in Brockton, MA. They offer many different mattress styles and models consisting of all top of the line components and materials available in the industry.
Is your furniture in stock?
The majority of our furniture is customized to your specifics so an order and lead time of 3-4 weeks is expected which is considered a quick turnaround in the industry. Some in stock or off the floor options are available on certain items and/or specific situations.
Can I order the upholstered furniture in other fabrics?
Yes. We have over 600 different fabric, leather and color swatches that can apply to mostly any of our upholstered furniture. Fabric/Leather choices range from high-quality leathers, micro-fibers, Performa-blends, cottons, tweeds, chenille’s, plaids, tapestries, contemporary prints, and much more.
Who do I call if I have an issue with something I bought?

Why are there no prices shown on your website?
We do not sell furniture online. Also we have multiple options for most of our products which have variations in pricing . Please feel free to call us at the showroom for pricing on any of our furniture and we can go over the different price options for the furniture you are interested in.
Do you repair furniture?
If you have a problem arise with any of your furniture that you purchased with us, you can contact us and we will come out and see what is going on. Once we are able to see the problem we can proceed with looking into a repair or replacement if needed. We DO NOT repair any furniture that is not purchased from us.
Do you refinish or reupholster furniture?
No. We DO NOT refinish or reupholster. Please feel free to call us and we can recommend local and reputable businesses for those services.
How do I clean my new table?
We recommend cleaning a solid wood table with a 3-step process. Step 1 is to clean the table. You can use a mild dish liquid and a damp soft sponge for this step. Step 2 is to rinse the table off with a damp soft sponge. Step 3 is to dry the table thoroughly. Make sure the table is totally dry so no water is left standing to get in the pours of the wood. You can also use any lemon based cleaner i.e. Pledge or Endust but make sure to spray the cleaner lightly on a rag and not directly on the table. If cleaner is sprayed directly on the table it can leave a film and streaky sheen on the finish, which is hard to buff out.
How do I clean the upholstery on my new upholstered furniture?

Are you the same company as Amesbury Chair?
No. We are separate ownership. Amesbury Chair closed its doors and retired after 75+ years in business in 2022. We sold all Amesbury Chair products and worked hand in hand with them. After their closing, we replaced all the Amesbury Chair line with other lines that we carry.
Is there only one chair option for each kitchen/dining room set?
We give our customers the option to put any chair with any table. You can mix and match any of our sets to your exact liking.
Can I buy individual/single chairs?
Our furniture can be purchased separately or as a set.
